Each of our removable head probes & modes are unique to ensure the best experience:
Oval hole probe head
This head is ideal for those harder to reach areas such as smile lines and corners around the mouth and nose areas, it efficiently increases skin elasticity aiming to remove fine wrinkles, and prevent new ones from happening!
Large Circular hole probe head
We recommend you use the strong suction 5 level intensity mode with this head as it can effectively and quickly remove blackheads and other impurities improving blood circulation, letting your skin breathe and rejuvenate. This can also be applied to larger blackheads for both the face & body areas such as back, shoulders, elbows, knees & ankles.
Small Circular hole probe head
The suction is designed to be slightly weaker when using this head, it is designed for more sensitive areas.
Exfoliating Microcrystalline probe head
With more then 100.000 natural mineral micro crystalline particles this head is designed to gently scrub, exfoliate and suction out all the dead skin and impurities also increasing blood circulation which helps repair any damaged skin, it also helps to remove wrinkles and acne without hurting or damaging the skin.
What is Lumia Azure Lift| Microderm?
Black Pearl | Microdermabrasion is a compact Microdermabrasion device which lifts and suctions impurities from your skin, leaving it fresh, smooth and rejuvenated.
How often do I need to use it & is it safe?
We recommend you use your Lumia Azure Lift| Microderm once every two weeks, please note we do not recommend you use the device for more then 5 minutes at a time.
Which areas of my face & body can I use this on?
We recommend the device be used on face & body areas which are less sensitive, we recommend keeping clear of your eyes and other sensitive areas.
Can I use Lumia Azure Lift| Microderm during pregnancy?
As a safety & precaution here at Lumia azure, we don't recommend our devices be used during pregnancy, we recommend you consult your GP prior to any intended usage at your discretion.
Does it have warranty?
Your Lumia Azure device is warranted to be free from defect in due to components and workmanship lasting up to a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 7-15 business days from arrival. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed & approved

In the event a product is deemed faulty please email us with a clear video of the fault and we will contact you with further instructions upon approval.
Once we have received the defective product we will issue a replacement.
We recommend adding insurance/tracking on items, as our customer service team is unable to compensate in the event the items are lost.
Lumia Azure is not responsible for shipping costs for the return of items, shipping costs to and from Lumia Azure are non-refundable.
IPL results can vary from person to person this can depend on skin tone, hair colour, various person(s) hair follicle cycles, and how often the device is used. Each body is different on how it responds to IPL. At Lumia Azure we do not guarantee results for everyone and we are not able to refund on purchases.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Due to our fast processing times, once an order is placed we are unable to cancel, change or update the details of your order. We take pride in our fast delivery which means most orders are packed and dispatched within a short amount of time depending on the product and its availability.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team by sending them an email and they will do their best!
While we will make every attempt to accommodate your request, if your order has already been processed by our team we will be unable to cancel it. You can, however, return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

All Australian orders automatically come with tracking regardless of Standard or Express shipping. Lumia azure skinco does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. Lumia azure skinco will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Lumia azure skinco is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Please note LUMIA AZURE is not responsible for any customs taxes applied to your order, shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.
